Ok well i have read about this subject and i hear alot of ppl say why would i want to do such a thing... well frankly we have alot of the same problems ... crime, over immigration, and i see taxes are a complaint and i have seen that UK citizens do pay a little more that we do here but there are other things to take into account... like healthcare .. im sure that US health insurance (of any decent quality) more that make up for the difference in tax rates. And to be honest one of the main reasons i want to move is the unreal US thirst for war.. so if im your payin taxes in the us alot of it goes to just killin people. And as far as crime goes we are worse .... the murder rates here according to statistics are something like 4 tmies higher than there ... although this varies on the city. Drugs are also a much larger problem in the US. another of the major influences for my desire to leave the US.
So my question is kinda three part really them being ..
1What about the UK would make me not want to live there .. we arent really the grestest county on earth .. its just a military propoganda saying ..
2I need some advice on goin about doing such a thing... i have read and see that alot of it is having a job lined up already . so are constuction trades enough to qualify in that because thats the industry i work in? And if it is how could i find a job?
3 With these things in mind if i did move where would be a good place to move to raise my family?I'm want to move from the US to the UK ... how do i do it?
You could have sneaked in easily anytime over the last 20 years but things are now getting really tough. The UK has become largely just another State of the US w/out any rights like Puerto Rico or Cuba even though technically we may be more like NY or CA. Statistics are Bull you will find, people and organisations get paid to find the 'right' results but this economic tsunami is real. As an American citizen working here for 25 years I can tell you resentment is rising against all foreigners because we've got millions of unemployed that don't even get counted anymore. Our once Socialist Labour party pretty much abandoned all it's principles in the fight against Thatcherism yet we are adopting the same ludicrous 'solutions' to the depression as the US, leading the way in fact in trying to cure the problem of having borrowed far too much by borrowing exponentially more and more, d'oh! This is not the time to lose your family, connections, friends, etc unless you are qualified to quickly snag a job that is recession/depression proof that is on the list of trades/professions we still need now like top nurses and engineers.I'm want to move from the US to the UK ... how do i do it?
