How do i Move things with my mind as in telekinesis, and psychokinesis?

I asked a question here before on how to feel out my chakra energy and i got great results from it, so this is my question, how do i move objects around using my energy. Telekinesis and psychokinesis would be a a great technique to have when your trapped out on a limb.....How do i Move things with my mind as in telekinesis, and psychokinesis?

i have been practicing for about a year now, and can get a psiwheel to spin however fast or slow i choose for the amount of time i want. the key is to just know that it will happen. Not to strain yourself or try to make the object move by force. Imagine it as a part of your body....to be continued

imagine the way you move your arm, you just want it to move...and it does....its similar to that except there is no physical connection to the object. just understand the object, what it is and how it can move and then just concentrate on your third eye and give the slightest idea of it moving

You are quite right - it is very useful under those conditions and circumstances, but is also a great party trick if things go a bit quiet, as they often do when I am around.





The key to success is to concentrate very hard. Imagine the thing you want to move as being extremely light, like a feather, and it will move. Yes, it WILL move.





For a very good demonstration of this you need to watch the Start Wars movie where Yoda lifts Luke's ship out of the bog. Marvellous stuff.

it takes a lot of practice and energy to do this I would suggest that you meditate and practice and also maybe take a class on psychic powers and such but they are very expensive so maybe you may want to go to a book store go to the new age section and buy a book on it. Just remember that it will take much practice and dedication and always remember to use your powers for good not evil or you will be punished by the gods or Karma and if you abuse your powers to much they will take them away from you.
That's an advanced form of chakra manipulation, and it's not something everyone can do. 99.9% of the time, it's easier to just pick something up and move it physically than to try to manipulate your mental energies to that degree.
