How to move things with your mind?

i really want to know how to move things with my mind. is there anyone out there that knows how to do this? Maybe i just have to concentrate my mind hard enough on what i want to move and that i want it to move but i don't know. can someone PLEASE help?? thanksHow to move things with your mind?

thats what starts with hard practice and you need to practive for years, you need to learn hypnotism and when u are good at that. During hypnotism practice you learn to blow off a candle with your MIND power.


and from there you start to learn and for doing that you need to devote your entire life.... and their are institutes in india in Northern India which will help you to learn that.

it's impossible. psychokinesis is a fairytale. no one can actually move things with their mind. if they tell you they can theyre lying through their teeth. if you see it it's a magic trick. sorry if i burst your bubble... your brainwaves wouldnt be strong enough to move matter... sorry
